Selin graduated from the Psychology department at Middle East Technical University with high honor. Right after her graduation, she was granted with Fulbright Scholarship, one of the most widely recognized and prestigious international scholarship, to pursue her MA degree in the U.S. She earned her MA degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at Montclair State University with a focus on leadership development. She is the co-author of an article published by Journal of Leadership Education. She completed her thesis on “personality traits, key learning experiences, and leadership development of university students” and earned her MA with high honor.
She worked as a career development specialist in Sabancı University, in where her experience varies from employer relations, event design and organization, and career advising for students.
She gained experience in Yapı Kredi and TEB joint Venture of BNP Paribas in different fields of Human Resources including training & development, selection & placement, employer branding. She completed Workplace coaching & mentoring certificate from the Performace Coach & Leadership in 2018.
She consults students on general career subjects, interpreting self-assessment tools, reviewing CV/cover letter and interview preparation.
