While studying at Uludag University International Relations, Betül had an experience in Mendelova University, Czech Republic and Politecnica de Valencia University, Spain as Erasmus exchange student and intern.

She worked as an Incoming Exchange Advisor in the International Relations Office of Politecnica de Valencia University. Betül started to work in Koç University International Programs Office as Incoming Exchange Advisor in March 2015. She joined the Career Development Center team in October 2016 as a Career Assistant. As of November 2017, she worked as Assistant Specialist in Employer Relations and Reporting. Since January 2018, she continues to work as an Employer Relations and Reporting Specialist.

In her current job, she is working on strengthening the relationships with employers and organizing on/off campus career events with their collaboration. She is also responsible for the First Destination Survey and reporting processes.
