Cansu graduated with a full scholarship from Istanbul Kültür University’s Psychology department in 2016. She completed her master’s degree in Organizational Behavior at Marmara University in 2023.

Starting her career as a psychologist, she continued her career in the field of human resources. After working as an HR Specialist in an advertising agency, she has been working as a career consultant since 2020, driven by the desire to help individuals find meaningful and satisfying career paths. She worked as a Career Consultant at Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality and as a Talent Development and Sectoral Relations Specialist at Istanbul Bilgi University. During this time, she was responsible for career and professional development counseling for students and graduates. Additionally, she played a role in designing and implementing programs to increase employer participation on campus.

Adhering to the principle of lifelong learning, she completed the “Job and Occupational Counselling” certificate program in 2021. She also participated in the “Train the Trainer” program by Peryön and the “Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction” program by Mindfulness Institute Turkey. Currently, she continues her training in “Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies” at the Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies Association.

Since October 2023, Cansu has been serving as a Career Development and Sectoral Relations Advisor at Koç University’s Career Development Center. In this role, she conducts one-on-one sessions with students, providing general career guidance, assisting with resume/cover letter preparation, and preparing for interviews.
